My practice focus includes utilizing research supported tools for longevity and healthy aging including an anti-inflammatory diet, weight management, disease prevention, and nutrition education.

About Me

     Up to 70% of our health and longevity can be influenced by our lifestyle choices, which nutrition is a daily part of. I’ve always been passionate about my health and how nutrition can support my goals. As a teenager, I started a lifelong journey of educating myself on ways to improve my own health and vitality. Eventually, this passion led me to formally train as a Health Coach and a Nutrition Coach. I then made the commitment to further my science backed education with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrated Health. I am also trained in the Anti-Inflammatory and Mediterranean Diets. This is an area I am particularly passionate about. I look forward to helping you create a simple and effective nutrition plan to meet your personal goals.
